With a view to continuous improvement of our product ranges we have introduced the friction disc clutches with Belleville springs. In this version of the device the Belleville springs replace the traditional spiral springs.

The relative rotation of the friction surface limits the transmitted torque to a preset value. The torque can be adjusted by modifying the compression value of the Belleville springs. From the functionality point of view the device works in the same way as the traditional version with spiral springs with the following 2 important advantages:
– The Max torque setting can be adjusted up to 3.000 Nm
– The End cone of the safety guard does not need to be shortened.
