CVH wide-angle drive shaft
The first product to market which features the EVOLUTION ENDURANCE safety guard is the NEW 200 HP CVH wide-angle shaft: our CV range grows further with the release of this new model which places itself at the top of the range available on the market for this type of products in terms of technical features, power & torque performances.
Smart Drive System (SDS): The wide-angle joint has been redesigned in order to optimize the overall dimension, improve performance under heavy work loads, minimize vibrations, prolong its life-spam and ultimately facilitate its maintenance. The new CV Head has been patented by BENZI.
EVOLUTION ENDURANCE safety guard with single retention chain: CVH comes with the new entirely re-designed EVOLUTION ENDURANCE safety guard: single chain system which eliminates any additional safety chain from the product making it easy to ensure it to the tractor/machine frame. Smaller diameter modular bellows to ease the fitting on the machine/tractor master shield; improved in-line EASY ACCESS grease points.
Pre-set disengagement system: The new CV wide-angle range features the innovative preset disengagement system designed to allow the reusage of the safety chain in the case of disengagement in working conditions. This device is a BENZI patent.
Cross forging & SLT: The cross forging has been designed with increased contact surfaces to allow up to 40% increase on the tensile strength. The bearing seals along with the needles/bearing/cross hub contact surfaces have also been redesigned to allow longer lubrication intervals which, depending on the application involved, can reach up to 100 hrs.
Steel collar End yokes: CVH features the steel collar version in place of the plastic one on the end yokes.
Tubing lubrication & anti-vibration sleeve: CVH, when exceeding 1510 mm in length features the anti-vibrating sleeve on the tubing, designed to remove any shield vibration during work at maximum extended position; in addition to that upon request a tubing greasing system can be installed to allow an easier lubrication of the telescoping members.
