EVOLUTION ENDURANCE is the new generation of BENZI PTO drive shafts, developed to combine strength, safety, reliability and ease of maintenance in the most demanding professional applications.

The EVOLUTION range is further enhanced with the introduction of the new ENDURANCE safety guard, completely redesigned and available across the entire range. The new patented design features a single-chain system that eliminates the need for any additional safety chains, making it easier to secure the driveline to the tractor or machine frame. The smaller-diameter modular bellows also facilitate the integration with the machine/tractor master shield.

At the heart of the driveline, the redesigned cross forging features increased contact surfaces, providing up to 40% higher tensile strength. New bearing seals and optimized contact surfaces between needles, bearings and cross hubs contribute to extended lubrication intervals of up to 100 hours, depending on the application.

Smart Drive System (SDS): The CVH model wide-angle joint has been redesigned in order to optimize the overall dimensions, improve performance under heavy work loads, minimize vibrations, prolong its life-span, and ultimately facilitate its maintenance. The new CV joint has been patented by BENZI.

Pre-set disengagement system: The new EVOLUTION ENDURANCE range also features the innovative pre-set disengagement system designed to allow the reusage of the safety chain in the case of disengagement in working conditions. This device is a BENZI patent.

The range is further enhanced by the in-line Easy Access grease points, the improved double grease points retainers and, as optional, on longer configurations, the anti-vibration sleeve and dedicated tubing lubrication hatch for smoother operation and easier maintenance.
